1. Why do I need to fill in my CV online while I already have one ready?
MYJOB online CV template is an automated tool linked to our database. It is used to link your profile to the right employers to ensure the best matches. The other advantage is that your CV contains all the key info, including financial expectations enabling the new employer to take the right decisions. To fill in your CV will take 5 to 10 minutes and it can be downloaded for other personal use.
  2. Can my current employer see this data?
No, your current employer is excluded from access. MYJOB uses a filter on the CV template that you need to fill in to ensure this.
  3. Why does the CV template ask to approve MYJOB sharing with potential employers?
In accordance with confidentiality regulations, MYJOB is not permitted to share your CV data with others without your authorization. Your CV data will be deleted upon request and/or once you have indicated no longer interested in changing jobs.
  4. How do I define my transfer fee?
MYJOB will automatically calculate a transfer fee based on your market value, annual salary and on your experience level.
  5. Will I have to pay tax on my transfer fee?
Yes, the payment will be subject to local tax regulations.
  6. Why is my transfer fee split in two payments and will I always receive both payments?
MYJOB aims to make the recruitment fairer for the parties involved. You receive the majority of the payment which normally goes to recruiters and your employer gets more certainty that his investment in you is covered by a 24 months’ work period. Only if you decide to leave the employer before the end of the 24th month, the second payment can be canceled.
  7. How can I be sure the employer pays my transfer fee?
The transfer fees are nothing more than a negotiated extra that is common in all contract negotiations such as; moving costs compensation/training/salary. As MYJOB is not a party to the contract between you and your employer, we advise you to ask for written confirmation on the transfer fees agreed by your employer. Please note that although your employer will need to accept our terms and conditions in which our system is fixed, MYJOB is not responsible to compensate any payments or provide any support, including but not limited to legal support, in case your employer doesn’t fulfil its obligations.
  8. What is expected from me?
Once you have filled in your CV we do the rest to make the connection. Your employer will take the lead from there. Only once you have agreed we are notified by both parties that you have reached an agreement so that we remove your CV from our database.
  9. Sounds all nice but what makes MYJOB different?
MYJOB works based on no cure no pay and we add value for you to your CV by adding the transfer fee which you will receive
  10. With all of the above why should I be interested and take the effort to submit my CV?
If you are looking for another job and working with recruiters, why would you not GET your transfer fee?
